The house features rendered brick veneer using recycled bricks from the site, insulated green concrete slab, UPVC double glazed windows, sustainable hardwoods and 5800 Litres of rainwater storage. It also has a 2.9kW photovoltaic solar system that produces close to all of the homes power requirements. |
