The site for this house is on a hill top overlooking Dee Why and the ocean to the east with Narrabeen Lakes to the north. The final design adopted living spaces on the top floor with bedroom & private spaces below. The new top floor straddles the existing part of the house using a steel framed structure, it accomodates large open plan living spaces opening onto a number of decked areas. |
