complete refurbishment allowed the 1930's cliff top apartment to be
transformed into a contemporary, environmentally responsive, architectural
space. New enlarged windows enable frameless glass balconies to open to the ocean
views. The reorientation of the living room from a southern aspect, extensive
insulation, high performance glass. gas water & space heating are some of the initiatives that
make the apartment more liveable and sustainable.
