Once the schematic design has been approved by the client, further fine tuning can occur along with the production of council development application (DA) documents. These documents typically include drawings of, both the existing building and proposed buildings, photomontages, external finishes, a 'Basix' certificate, reports from consultants, along with a report 'stating the environmental effect' of the project. |
