Designed as an extension to a weather-board cottage in Lilyfield, this projects main feature is a large pitched roof that opens to the north light. All with minimal impact to the neighbour to the south. Sustainable features include wide eaves, sustainable yield hardwoods, and 10 000 litres of rainwater storage. The work also includes a new attic with master bed & ensuite.
