The project involves refurbishment of an inner city courtyard house. Ideally orientated on the north side of the double storey house, the courtyard offers a private sun-filled oasis. The project includes new finishes to walls, ceilings and floors which help connect the redesigned outdoor spaces with the interior. New louvre clad balconies offer privacy, benches to read and relax, sun control to both the upper floors, whilst also acting as sunshades to limit summer sun to the living areas below.
