The project proposes a new beach house in the relaxed central coast region. The new building will be divided into pavilionxs to separate different functions and provide rooms a great deal of connection to the site. Sustainable features include large amounts of rainwater collection, grey water reuse via a reed bed, for toilet flushing and garden use and materials that reduce our impact on the environment. |
