This stage begins with the client's brief and measuring up the existing building. A professional site survey is also required for most projects. From this information, two or three plan options are developed to present to the client for initial feedback. The feedback allows further development of the scheme, along with schematic design sketches, models & photomontages to give the client the best understanding of how the project will be in reality.
